Thunderstorm, blowing dust hit Phoenix area
A thunderstorm in the southwest Valley on Tuesday night could hinder visibility for drivers along interstates 8 and 10, according to the National Weather Service.NWS issued a blowing dust advisory for southwest Maricopa and northwest Pinal counties until 8 p.m., meteorologist Andrew Deemer said.
The storm has created winds with gusts up to 40 mph, Deemer said.
