Kansas has experienced some rough weather Saturday night with bands of thunderstorms moving north through the state, primarily on the western side of Wichita with some tornadoes reported. Tornado spotters saw a tornado touch down in the Hutchinson area of Reno County late Saturday afternoon around 4:30 p.m., the National Weather Service says.
The National Weather Service issued a tornado warning for Barber County at 6:30 p.m. and says that the same tornado that touched down in the Hutchinson also touched down in several other places in Reno and Harvey counties.
There were no immediate reports of damage.
